From The Yard To The Showground: Our Royal Cornwall Show Visit

At the beginning of June, Rock Marine Services attended one of the highlights of the Cornish calendar - the Royal Cornwall Show. While it was unfortunate to lose the last day to the weather, we nevertheless had a fantastic few days at the show. It was a great opportunity to showcase the wide range of services we offer, connect with customers old and new, and speak with members of the boating community from across Cornwall and beyond. Thank you to everyone who took the time to visit us and have a look around our stand.

Trade Stand Winners

We are especially proud to share that we were awarded 3rd place for Best Trade Stand at this year’s Royal Cornwall Show.

Our stand featured an impressive range of BRIG, Highfield, and Zodiac boats, alongside a selection of Mercury, Suzuki, and Yamaha outboard engines.

Receiving this recognition was a real highlight for the team after a busy and rewarding few days at the event

The season is in full flow, and our brokerage line‑up is evolving again, with fresh arrivals and well‑kept favourites ready for viewings. Whether you’re after something sporty, practical or family‑friendly, this month brings a strong mix for anyone looking to get afloat.

AB Oceanus - 21 VST

The AB Oceanus 21, powered by a Mercury F150 XL, is a solid and capable RIB built for confident handling in all conditions. Its deep‑V hull and heavy‑duty Orca tubes give it excellent stability, while the practical layout offers generous storage, a comfortable console and a supportive leaning bolster. With hydraulic steering, integrated tanks and reliable onboard systems, it’s a well‑equipped choice for anyone after a versatile, go‑anywhere boat.

Marlin 19

The Marlin 19 is a great all‑rounder, fitted with a punchy Mercury F150 XS Pro installed in 2021 for modern, reliable performance. Its deep‑V hull gives it a confident feel on the water, while the high sides keep things dry and comfortable underway. This example is in tidy condition with a spacious, easy‑to‑use layout and comes as a complete package with a trailer. A solid, enjoyable boat that’s ready to launch straight into summer.

Zodiac Open 5.5

This 2021 Zodiac Pro Open 550  is powered by a Mariner 115hp with just 10 hours, making it a near‑new, ready‑to‑go package complete with a brand‑new, unused trailer. Its solid, well‑balanced hull gives it a confident, predictable feel on the water, and the open layout offers easy seating and storage for days out or water sports. A practical, versatile RIB that’s ideal for summer adventures.
