All orders will be sent within 5 working days of when the order is placed.
You are welcome to pick up any item yourself and therefore not be charged for delivery. If you would like to do so then please click on 'Self Collection' on the checkout.
There is a chance that eventhough an item is listed as in stock that it may have been sold in our shop on the same day. We should still be able to supply the item but it may take longer. * Within 7 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any decals in its original condition to Rock Marine Services via traceable means of shipping. You will receive a 100% refund once the item(s) have been received by Rock Marine Services, please contact us on +44 120 886 3396, or email returns@rockmarineservices.co.uk
* Items that are returned more than 7 days after delivery, or are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts, will be partially refunded at Rock Marine Services discretion. - Ordering

After ordering, you will receive an automatically generated email confirmation, which also acts as your receipt and will have an order reference number on it. - Viewing Orders
- Order Confirmation,
You'll receive two emails after you place your order and provide us with a valid email address:
1. The first confirms that your order was received (your order confirmation number will link to the Order Status page); this email will arrive within about 24 hours.
2. The second confirms that your order was shipped from our warehouse. You can also check the current status of your order by clicking on the "Orders and returns" link provided in the email, or on the top right corner of our website.
Order Tracking
You can check the status of your rockmarineservices.com, uksportboats.com orders by clicking on "Orders and returns" at the top of any page. If you have an order outstanding, you will see its details. If you have more than one order outstanding, you will go to your Order History page, where you'll see orders from the past six months. From there, you can click on a specific order to see its details.

Change in Your Order Status
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we don't have an item that you have ordered in stock, we'll notify you by email immediately.
Sometimes, an item is out of stock and not expected to come back in stock, so we must cancel the item. In this case, if you paid with a credit card, we will not charge you for the item or any taxes, shipping or handling charges. - Updating Account Information
